MENTAL COACHING
FOR BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS AS WELL AS ATHLETES, MENTAL FITNESS IS ONE OF THE KEY DIMENSIONS OF PERFORMANCE.
The mental part of the game is usually the crucial factor that decides on the outcome: success or failure. Through Mental Coaching, all athletes can improve the quality of their performance and experience.
Specifically, all of us can learn how to fine-tune our game mentally and emotionally. We can boost our confidence, sharpen our focus, control our emotions, increase our motivation, and improve our communication as a leader and a teammate. Mental training is especially important when experiencing any kind of setback, such as a mental block, performance plateau, prolonged slump, losing streak, or serious injury. Learning how to think, train, and thrive like a champion will help you turn trials into triumphs.
Rick uses several tools in his PERFORM program to maximize this learning experience.
Rick will take you through a tested process to help you do just that!
As a starting point, you would complete a behavioral profile which are all about understanding your drivers. The AthleteDISC, CoachDISC and ManagerDISC profiles are based on decades of behavioral research and many years of top level sporting experience. Your personal report analyzes your personal style, strengths and limitations and gives you tools and strategies you can start using straight away.
